Course Description

In this 90 minute module you will view exemplary visuals to the importance of Transportation of Dangerous Goods.

The TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) training will be specific on the safety of the public when transporting dangerous goods.

Due to the safety of the public, this training will focus on handling, transporting, and being responsible for dangerous goods in the correct manor. The TDG Act complies with all training and safety-related aspects.

Our TDG training program fulfills the training requirements as established by Transport Canada.

  • Reviews recognizing labels and placards for products.
  • Identifies enforcement/penalties of Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act
  • Defines key terms in relation to Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act
  • Reviews methods of classification
  • Reviews documentation and reporting required by Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act
  • Reviews Emergency Response Assistance Plan
