Workplace Management Systems Corporation was established in 2016. Our team with a primary focus in health and safety, identified an opportunity to introduce new innovative technology to the health and safety industry. Our approach is based on tested processes, methods in all sectors of industry focusing on compliance gaps found in companies with their health and safety programs. One of the gaps that repeated itself with most companies was document management. Document management included training records, policies, safe operating practices, forms and orientation programs. Companies found it challenging to track, file and store all of these documents effectively.
Our Vision
The vision of the Workplace Management System was to close that gap so that companies could manage their documents cost effectively and most of all efficiently with one system that would provide:

- Email notification of upcoming expired training

- Host policies, forms, safe operating practice
